Ironhorse Music Group production team, The Aqua League, kicks off its new series of instrumental EPs the Culinary Arts. The series will consist of familiar tracks reworked by the production team. First in the series is Aqualus, a 4-track mini EP based off of Bob James’s often sampled jazz classic Nautilus. Aqualus will be available as a free download via Bandcamp (http://ihmg.bandcamp.com/album/aqualus).
Just in time for the holidays, Ironhorse Music Group’s in-house producers The Aqua League have teamed up with producer/songwriter/guitarist Rovan “The Duke” Deon to remix his soon-to-be classic holiday single “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” featuring IHMG recording artist The Sistah.
The original version of the track is available now as a bonus on the holiday LP A Rocking Christmas via Rovan Deon’s official website.

IHMG’s Euphon debuts song on gritty CBS police drama

Ironhorse Music Group recording artists Euphon song “True Fiction” made its television debut on the CBS series Blue Bloods starring Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg. The track, featured in the “Innocence” episode of the New York City crime drama, is from the Hip-Hop group’s LP A Brief History of the Future.
The Hip-Hop duo’s work from the same LP (Industrial Revolution (OA)) has also been featured in Universal Pictures Fast Five starring Vin Diesel and Paul Walker.

BLUE BLOODS is a drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. Frank Reagan is the New York Police Commissioner and heads both the police force and the Reagan brood. Ironhorse Music Group’s in-house production team The Aqua League’s (Doug Simpson, Slim) track entitled “Document 779″ has been featured on music blog Beat Tape Co-op’s latest release 50/50/50. The brooding, dramatic solo violin composition from the New York producers is featured amongst various producers’ instrumental works, which were hand selected by the Beat Tape Co-op. The project showcases 1 track from 50 producers and will be the centerpiece on 50 limited edition cassette tapes.
The project is currently available as a free digital download via the Beat Tape Co-op website.
